    Default Safety tips for hot weather

    + Stay hydrated - Water is your friend: By the time you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. Note: Caffeine and alcohol adds to dehydration and should be had in moderation.

    + Sun safety: Find some shade, put on sunscreen 20' minute before going out (min SPF 30+). DOn't go out between 11am to 3p.m (the hottest part of the day)

    + Cars: Don't leave children, elderly or pets in parked vehicles.

    + Dress for Summer: Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing to reflect heat and sunlight.
