Senior EDL leader who campaigned against child grooming is convicted of abducting schoolgirl

Paul Whiteside, the EDL lead for Lincolnshire, claimed mosques were sheltering "grooming gangs all over the UK"

A senior English Defence League leader who blamed Muslim gangs for abusing children has been convicted of abducting a schoolgirl.

Paul Whiteside, the EDL lead for Lincolnshire, campaigned against child grooming claiming gangs linked to mosques were responsible for abusing young girls.

But yesterday Whiteside admitted abducting a 15-year-old.

The court also heard he had photographs of the girl partly clothed in a bath, reports the Grimsby Telegraph.

The 47-year-old organised protests and rallies for the far right wing group and was the self-appointed director of three factions, including Louth EDL and Lincolnshire EDL.

Last year, after a Lincoln mosque was plastered with anti-Islam posters by EDL members, Whiteside defended the attack claiming mosques were sheltering "grooming gangs all over the UK".

Lincoln Crown Court heard Whiteside, from Louth, Lincs, had known the girl through EDL connections and the pair had formed a relationship.

He had met her a number of times after school, chatting to the girl for up to an hour at a time.

His behaviour had alarmed neighbours so much they took photos of the pair and alerted police.

But the girl had later called Whiteside when her family became concerned about the relationship, telling him he was “in danger and at risk of violence”.

She ran away from home and Whiteside took her from his home in Louth to his mother's house in Derbyshire.

When police were called by his mother, Whiteside "lied his head off" to officers under questioning before being charged with abducting the girl.

The court also heard although there was no evidence of a sexual nature, photographs of the girl “in various states of undress and in the bath” were discovered on Whiteside’s phone.

Whiteside, formerly of the Louth area but now of Creswell, admitted a charge of child abduction by keeping the child away from her mother in October 2016.

He was given a suspended jail sentence and a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.

Judge Simon Hirst, passing sentence, said: "You lied your head off to the police telling them you did not know where she was.

"On your phone were photographs of the girl in the bath and in a state of undress.
You have not been charged with those photographs but it is clearly a worrying feature of this case.”

Judge Hirst said as Whiteside had served six weeks on remand, he was suspending the prison sentence. The court heard that Whiteside also has kidney disease and received dialysis three times a week.

The EDL said it had “relieved” Whiteside of his position and condemned what it described as “any exploitative or abusive behaviour, especially criminal actions, carried out against a child by any person.

In a statement it added: “We will neither defend nor support any person who undertakes child sexual exploitation or abuse, particularly where grooming is involved.”

Whiteside’s solicitor Grace Hale said there is no danger of Whiteside and the girl getting together again.

"He is now out of the area and has no intention of returning to the Louth area."

An NSPCC spokesperson said: “Whiteside’s disturbing behaviour was made worse only by his attempts to lie his way out of this abduction.

“He deliberately kept a vulnerable girl from her family and cruelly added to their suffering when he tried to deny knowledge of her whereabouts.

“Anyone with concerns about a child can call the NSPCC helpline 24/7, on 0808 800 5000 and speak to trained counsellors who can provide support and discuss the next steps they can take.”

a suspended jail sentence aka no sentence and prevention order? How typical of white privilege of protecting their own even if they are pedos or criminals.

Former A Current Affair reporter Ben McCormack pleads guilty to child porn offences

THE explicit messages Channel 9 star Ben McCormack exchanged with another man have been revealed. Warning: Confronting.

FORMER Channel 9 star Ben McCormack didn’t believe he could escape his attraction to small boys because they were too “beautiful”, court documents reveal.

He talked with another man about their love of young boys in a series of explicit text messages detailed in the police facts tendered to the Downing Centre Local Court where the 43-year-old yesterday pleaded guilty to two child porn charges.

It is the first time the police case against the former A Current Affair journalist has been able to be reported.

McCormack used the name Oz4skinboi when he spoke to the man, who wasn’t identified in the documents, and introduced himself by telling him he loved “small, smooth hairless” young boys.

The conversations between McCormack and the man took place between April 30, 2015 and January 1, 2017 and were discovered on a social networking site by police from the NSW Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Internet Unit.

He confessed he favoured boys as young as seven because they had “perfect bodies” and was a “proud pedo, proud b lover”.

In one message, on May 13, 2015, McCormack informed him he was “meeting up with horny dudes fri night ... U free to Skype with us? Over wot we love?”

The pair discussed what child porn material each had and what the best way to view it was.
He said: “I love boys so much”.

Much of the police facts is too explicit for news.com.au to publish.

McCormack was sensationally charged with using a carriage service to transmit child pornography in April after raids on both his Sydney home and the A Current Affair offices at the Nine Network. The maximum penalty is 15 years jail.

The agreed facts state police never found any videos or photos of child pornography transmitted by McCormack — but the conversations showed the men exchanged images.

“These entries are in some instances surrounded by discussion of the images sent. The material sent is not available. Accordingly there is no evidence that the images sent by the accused were of children in pornographic poses or activities,” the facts read.

In a message he sent on June 26, 2015, McCormack said: “I love chatting to pedos”.

He and the man then discussed a series of sex acts they wanted to commit on young boys.

On the same day the man said to him: “Mate, you think you will always be a p [paedophile]?”

McCormack replied: “Yep. U? I’ll always have the attraction....They are beautiful.”

On August 1 the two men talked about their desire for sex with underage boys. The unidentified male said: “Can’t wait to have one for real ha.”

McCormack answered: “They are so beautiful. I want to make love to one so badly.”

Talk then turns to meeting a third man and his nephew and taking turns to have sex with the boy. McCormack said: “Imagine it.”

In a sinister series of messages that began on August 18, the man refers to touching a number of students on the backside. McCormack gave the man a series of instructions about how he could get closer to the boys.

McCormack went on to say that boys in speedos were “amazing”, adding: “Small speedos, so small ... I love them so much.”

On New Year’s Day this year, the man asked McCormack, who said he favoured “naughty boys” if he thought he would ever “play with one? Or just fantasy?”

“I’d love to,” McCormack told him.

Later that day he added: “Proud ped, proud b lover.”

In a 30-second video McCormack sent to the man of him masturbating he is heard to say: “Oh I perv non stop man, the beach, the shopping centre, the movies. Yeah I love it.”

The messages were intercepted by police who tracked McCormack down after the other man called him “Ben” and mentioned he was linked to Channel 9 and A Current Affair.

His solicitor Sam Macedone told Magistrate Jennifer Atkinson that McCormack had agreed on the set of facts with Commonwealth prosecutors.

He was remanded on bail to be sentenced next Friday, October 6 at the Sydney District Court.
Outside court, Mr Macedone told reporters that McCormack did not trade any images of children and insisted the charges related to nothing more than “fantasy talk”.

“I just wanted to make it quite clear that there were never any images that were traded between Ben and anyone else of any child exploitation material. It was nothing more than fantasy talk, but no transporting of images,” he told reporters.

The delay in pleading guilty was due to the disagreement on the facts, which had been resolved. “That’s what I wanted, that’s what we’ve got, so we’re now pleading guilty and we’ll move on from there,” Mr Macedone said.
McCormack was outside court with his lawyer, but did not comment when asked if he was scared of going to jail.
After his arrest he was admitted to a Sydney hospital — the name of which is suppressed — to receive mental health treatment.

McCormack formally resigned from the Nine Network two months ago.

One of the major stories of his career was when he tracked down Hey Dad! star Robert Hughes in Singapore in 2010 while the actor was being investigated by the same police sex crimes unit that arrested McCormack.

Top D.C. Rabbi Arrested, Secretly Recorded Hundreds Of Naked Women In Synagogue Shower

    By Frank - October 16, 2014

A prominent Orthodox rabbi in Washington, D.C. has been arrested for voyeurism. Rabbi Barry Freundel, 62, is accused of secretly recording naked female congregants in a ritual shower called a mikvah. The recordings took place in a building next to Kesher Israel, the synagogue where Freundel was head rabbi.

According to News4 in Washington D.C., six women have been identified and there could be more than 200 victims.

Freundel used a device that looked like a digital clock, but was actually a camera to commit the crimes. Prosecutors say there is video footage of Freundel placing the camera in a position facing the women’s changing area.

Congregant Emma Shulevitz told News4 that Freundel instructed women not to cover the ‘digital clock’.

“I remember it vividly, him saying don’t put anything on the counter.”

Shulevitz describes feeling violated by the rabbi’s invasion of privacy and betrayal of trust.

“I feel violated. This is supposed to be between a woman and God, not between a woman and a rabbi.”

It is not known if Freundel shared the recorded footage with others.

After discovering the criminal behavior, the Kesher Israel Board of Directors alerted authorities and suspended Freundel without pay. They released the following statement on their website.

This is a painful moment for Kesher Israel Congregation and the entire Jewish community. At this challenging time, we draw strength from our faith, our tradition, and our fellow congregants.

Upon receiving information regarding potentially inappropriate activity, the Board of Directors quickly alerted the appropriate officials.

Throughout the investigation, we cooperated fully with law enforcement and will continue to do so.

After today’s arrest of Rabbi Dr. Barry Freundel, the Board of Directors suspended him without pay. As always, Kesher Israel will remain open as a place of learning, prayer, and community, including throughout the remainder of the Sukkot holiday.

This is a very difficult time for all of us. We respectfully request that our community be granted privacy. Any further questions should be directed to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Freundel was released on his own recognizance Wednesday under the condition that he stay away from all victims, the temple and the mikvah.

    What Is A Mikvah?

In Orthodox Judaism, married women ritually immerse themselves in a small pool with water called a mikvah. It is a ritual cleansing area for women. The cleansing takes place seven days after a woman’s menstrual period has ended. The mikvah is also used at life cycle events ranging from divorce to graduation to conversions to adoptions.

News4 in Washington D.C. has filed the following report.

400 Children Rescued/348 Adults Arrested After Police Take Down $4 Million Child Porn Empire

    September 25, 2017

Some may find the following post to be disturbing. Reader discretion advised.

Nearly 400 children have been rescued and 348 adults arrested following an “extraordinary” international child pornography investigation in Canada, according to a report by NBC News.

The three-year undercover project, named Project Spade, began back in 2010 when Toronto police officers first made contact with a man who had been sharing “very graphic images” of child sexual abuse.

What they eventually found was a full blown child porn production and distribution company in Toronto that was distributing their content online. The site was run by 42-year old Brian Way and sold and distributed images of child exploitation to people across the world.

The head of Toronto’s Sex Crimes Unit said they enlisted the help of the United States Postal Inspection Service since many of the videos were being exported to the U.S. and began a joint investigation. After a seven-month long investigation, officers executed search warrants across the city of Toronto including at the business of Brian Way.

It was there that investigators catalogued hundreds of thousands of images and videos of “horrific sexual acts against very young children, some of the worst they have ever viewed,” said the lead investigator at a recent press conference.

Police seized over 45 terabytes of data from the $4-million business that distributed child porn to over 50 counties including Australia, Spain, Mexico, Sweden and Greece. As a result of the investigation thus far, 50 people were arrested in Ontario, 58 in other parts of Canada, 76 in the United States, and 164 internationally.

What was most alarming was that many of the arrests were of people who worked with or closely interacted with children. Among those arrested were 40 school teachers, nine doctors and nurses, six law enforcement personnel, nine pastors and priests and three foster parents.

In one particularly horrific example of those arrested, police found over 350,000 images and over 9,000 videos of child sexual abuse in the home of a retired Canadian school teacher. Some of the images were of children known to the man and he was also charged with sexually abusing a child relative.

The inspector said an indispensable aspect to the success of the operation and the rescue of 386 children from child exploitation was the expansive cooperation between Toronto police and organizations worldwide.

“[This] confirms that when we work together regardless of the borders that divide us we can successfully take down those who not only prey on our most vulnerable but also profit from it.

Child pornography has become more prevalent and larger than we would ever like to imagine. It is said to be a $3 billion dollar industry globally, generating massive amounts of money for people willing to exploit young children.

While federal agencies work endlessly to fight this global issue and rescue the children affected, the people who actually get caught for the crime are just the tip of the iceberg.

Child pornography has been expanding virally on the web for years and the material is only getting worse
. In 2008, Internet Watch Foundation found 1,536 individual child abuse domains. Every week there are over 20,000 images of child pornography posted on the web (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, 2003). Furthermore, U.S Customs Services estimates that illegal child pornography is offered by approximately 100,000 websites.

To report an incident involving the possession, distribution, receipt, or production of child pornography, file a report on the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)’s website at www.cybertipline.com , or call 1-800-843-5678.

    What YOU Can Do

This is a huge problem in our society and we can’t let it slip into the background. SHARE this article to take a stand and raise awareness on this global issue.

White Christian Pedpophile filmed himself repeatedly sexually abusing three-year-old

A man who filmed himself repeatedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl has been given a 21-year extended sentence for his crimes.

Trevor Vinson subjected the young child to months of abuse – which he captured on his mobile phone in dozens of pictures and videos.

The mother of the victim described the 38-year-old as a “monster” who had destroyed her family.

Vinson, from Tumble, Carmarthenshire , had previously pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual assault and three counts of producing indecent images of a child when he appeared in the dock of Swansea Crown Court for sentencing.

Catherine Richards, prosecuting, said that over the space of six months Vinson sexually assaulted his victim numerous times, taking pictures and videos of the abuse.

He also took naked pictures of the girl in various poses, and filmed her urinating.

The court heard that in one of the pictures the girl – who was three at the time – could be seen with her hands clenched, and covering her face.

The abuse came to light after she told her mother what had happened.

The prosecutor said that when police went to Vinson’s house on May 3 to arrest him, he asked if her could get changed first and managed to hide the mobile containing the incriminating images in the bag of a vacuum cleaner. It was found a week later.

In statement from the victim’s mum read to court, she said she had been “in a very dark place” since learning of the abuse her child had suffered.

She described Vinson, now of Valence Walk in Pembroke , as a “monster” who had destroyed her family, adding she was fearful that the images of her daughter had been shared online.

Paul Hobson, for Vinson, conceded it was a very serious case and that his client faced a substantial period in custody, adding the only real mitigation was the defendant’s guilty pleas.

Judge Keith Thomas told Vinson he had carried out “appalling acts” on a girl who, by virtue of her age, was extremely vulnerable.

He said he was satisfied Vinson posed a significant risk of causing serious harm in the future, and imposed an imposed an extended 21-year sentence – 15-years will be spent in custody, and six years on licence. Vinson will be on the sex offenders register for life, and be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order to limit his access to children.

Speaking after the sentencing Dyfed-Powys Police detective inspector Elaine Bendle said: “I am pleased that Vinson has been sentenced and is no longer able to cause harm to the young victim or anyone else. This is a highly unusual case with evidence being obtained from such a young victim.

“The crimes he committed against this child were abhorrent and I must commend the detectives, digital crime investigators, police officers and staff who worked tirelessly to bring Vinson to justice.”

A spokesman for NSPCC Wales said Vinson’s crimes “will have caused untold damage to his young victim and her family”, adding that such abuse ruins childhoods.

French Pedophile Court sides with Pedophile White male

Outrage after court decides girl, 11, 'consented' to sex with man, 28, who lured her from park

A French court has ruled that an 11-year-old girl “consented” in a “sexual relationship” with a 28-year-old man after she was lured back to his apartment.

The shock decision left the young girl’s family devastated and drew immediate fury from children’s rights groups.

The court heard that the man lured the child back from a park in the northern Paris suburb of Montmagny before he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

However, prosecutors said they could not justify charging the man with rape as there was no “violence” involved.

The girl’s family insists she was “paralysed with fear”, slamming the lesser charge of sexual abuse of a minor.

“She thought it was too late, that she didn't have the right to protest, that it wouldn't make any difference, so she went into auto pilot, without emotion and without reaction,” the mother told local media.

One children’s rights group echoed the family’s frustrations saying “submitting is not consenting”.

Pedo Priest thinks sexually abusing boys is a sin but not a crime

'I viewed it as a sin not a crime': Priest admits sexually abusing dozens of boys over DECADES

Former priest Thomas Adamson has admitted to abusing several young boys since 1961
He says he confessed to the abuse but no action was taken
Allegations involving dozens of boys came in the following decades
Adamson remained in the Catholic Church until 2009
He faces no jail time because the crimes are well past the state's Statute of Limitations for child sex allegations

A long-time Minnesota clergyman has admitted to sexually abusing nearly a dozen boys since the 1960s but says he never viewed his actions as a crime.

Former priest Thomas Adamson testified recently in court during a lawsuit against the archdiocese of St Paul and Minneapolis that he first admitted to abusing children in 1964, but that no action was taken and he remained in the parish.

He also told prosecutors that he saw his actions as a sin and never realized how serious his transgressions were until multiple lawsuits starting being filed against the church. The comments were made during testimony for one of those suits.

'I looked at it more as a sin than… a crime,' said the disgraced ex-priest.

Adamson’s testimony in the latest lawsuit to reach courts, from a boy alleging abuse in the 1970s, is damning.

The former high school basketball coach is accused of abusing 37 boys, but previously admitted to only 10 instances. The pedophile was removed from the priesthood in 2009 – 45 years after his first admission of guilt.

He conceded when asked in his most recent court appearance about how many boys he abused that he wasn’t sure.

‘I don’t know. I’d have to study that out.’ He said according to an affidavit cited by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

He has also conceded to not even remembering the names of some of his victims.

Adamson began his time in the Catholic Church at the Winona Diocese in 1961. He was soon met with allegations of abuse from some of the boys he was coaching on a high school basketball team.

‘I had abused a boy there, and he reported it to another priest,’ Adamson recalled.

He admitted to the abuse but was allowed to remain in his position without any warnings to parents or school officials, according to the paper

Adamson also admitted abusing at least two other boys only 14-years-old during the same school year, ‘probably in the gym or school’ a couple of times.

‘I was coaching again and they [his victims] were on the team,’ he said.

The only action taken was to transfer him to the bigger Archidiocese of St Paul and Minneapolis.

He admits to abusing two brothers in a number of places including a car, hotel, YMCA and even a sauna.

The church sent him to a therapist instead of reporting him to the police.

‘Where it was leading me or if it helped, I don’t know that,’ he admitted.

When asked if anyone had ever told him what he was doing was a crime, he replied: ‘I don’t remember that, no.’

Several other allegations came in the decades that followed, and Adamson says the last boy he was abused was in the early 1980s – but court records proved he abused at least one boy until 1987.

The admitted abuser stayed in his position as a priest until 2009, when he left after being asked to do so voluntarily.

Adamson's pension, health and dental insurance remain in place. He faces no jail time because the state of Minnesota's statute of limitations on child sex crimes gives victims only seven years from the time of the crime to press criminal charges,

Victims also only had until the age of 24 to file a civil suit until a new child sex liability law was passed last year by the state legislature.

Far-Right Thug Who Protests Against Pedophiles Turns Out to Be a Pedophile

A far-right bully, who abused his partner and sang anti-Islamic songs about pedophiles, has been exposed as a child sex offender.

    02 May 2017

Last week, Kristopher Allan, a 32-year-old active member of the Scottish Defence League (SDL) from Edinburgh, was sentenced after he admitted acting in a 'threatening and abusive manner' towards his ex.

Here he is pictured at a SDL rally in Edinburgh last October. He was one of around 40 far-right thugs who chanted "Allah is a pedo" and "f**k off refugees" in an event that was centered around Princess Street in the city centre.

But, during last week's domestic abuse court case, it emerged that Allan had been convicted of child sex offences himself. Specifically, a decade ago, he sent indecent images to and had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl.

After admitting the offences back in 2007, he was added to the sex offenders' register and given a two-year probation order. He was also commanded to complete community service and banned from having any contact with under-16s.

Speaking to the Daily Record, a source said: "This guy goes to rallies to sound off about Muslim pedophiles. He's a hypocrite."

According to reports, Allan was wearing a Union flag face cover at the rally where protestors ironically also demanded a ban on the burka. But he was identified by a distinctive tattoo on his arm.

Three months on, he was arrested for 'causing fear or alarm' to his partner by shouting, swearing and making threats of violence towards a police officer. He was sentenced to a community payback order with two years' supervision and a 30-month non-harassment order.

This is not surprising at all to the people who deal witht these Islamophobes. They accuse Islam/Muslims of pedophilia, incest, and beastiality yet the facts show that it is they who practice such acts and even have it legalized in their countries.
